Winby Chan’s professional roots are deeply planted in the Hong Kong education sector. She has worked in top-tier secondary schools as an English language teacher, curriculum developer, and department coordinator. Her expertise spans academic administration, parent communication, and the management of large-scale school events.
Role at Eternal Spring
As Director of Education & Operations, Winby serves as the backbone of the Institute. She oversees the frameworks that support both online and in-person training. Her daily focus involves event coordination, logistics, quality control, and ensuring consistency across all courses and grading systems.
Academic Qualifications
Winby holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Beijing Language and Culture University and the University of Manchester. She earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Education specializing in Gifted Education and Talent Development from The University of Hong Kong.
