Cultivating
Leadership
"A business will never grow bigger than the thinking of its leader."
Michael Rainer (Master of Internal Wing Chun & Taiji) builds successful companies by applying martial philosophy to business. As a permanent consultant, he trains managing directors to see the "Big Picture."
For The "Doers"
KungSulting works with decisive individuals—results-oriented entrepreneurs and self-employed people who want to take action. Either to improve their business or to finally live the life of their dreams.
With unconventional methods, Michael encourages clients to see "The Big Picture." As a successful entrepreneur and outsider who has helped many others, he opens your eyes to perspectives you are currently blind to.
Why is he doing this?
Michael is constantly surprised that many business owners reject new things and are unwilling to change. This leads to conflict with younger teams and inevitable decline.
"In the long run, the weak are weeded out. Only the strong remain."
— The Darwinian Truth
Business is an Aggressive Sport
Michael's main concern is to motivate people to push to the limits of what is possible. If you want to survive, you must be at the forefront. It is a fight. To win, you must answer these four questions:
Direction
In which direction is my market heading?
Needs
What is truly important to my customers?
Tech
What new technologies can I use?
Simplify
How can I make life easier for them?
Master Training 12
A highly effective 12-month strategic business training and mentoring program.
Do you want to focus on the key areas of your business and make them a success? With Michael's help, you will define 3-4 main goals to focus on.
It's like going to the gym. You need consistency to stay in shape. Michael will be your supporter, but he will also give you a kick when you need it.
The Rhythm
Two video calls per month. Short, concise, energetic, and to the point. We compress the timeframe to increase the learning.
On-Site Operations
In Month 3 and Month 9, Michael visits you in person for a whole day. He gets an idea of the situation on-site, suggests changes, and gives direct tips.
Consistency
You will be contacted regularly to make changes and improvements. Real, lasting change does not happen overnight.
